RADIANT GOLDEN PRANA PARTICLE BREATHING is an essential survival skill for the current planetary changes - the shift currently underway.

On subsequent breaths, breath the golden particles and circulate them throughout your whole body - and especially to any area or organ or gland where you have a pain, condition, or a feeling that something is not right or low in energy. You can steer the radiant golden particles into all your different organs to cleanse, heal, and energize them - similarly as is done in different Qu Gong and eastern medical and meditative schools.

7. Begin to allow the golden prana particles to shine out through your heart chakra - while breathing OUT through your mouth.

8. Over time, gradually, work up to 50 times/day doing the radiant golden prana particle breathing.

TIPS to establish a Radiant Golden Particle Breathing practice:

Good Morning Dear Hearts of Light,

It is with great delight that we greet you one more time in the ever magnifying beauty of this lovely earth plane.

As we say "earth plane", two thoughts stick out.

1. EARTH is rapidly changing. Earth used to be considered the denser energy in your current cycle (the one that is rapidly winding down) - think spiral - you winding down out of the cycle of this phase of creation). Earth, from our way of seeing, is now becoming more and more diaphanous. Her inner brightness is glowing more and more, and the sparkly aspects of the earth dimension are shining more and more brightly in the universe.


2. PLANE. Yes, your earth IS a ship... a vast ship of consciousness. Her auric outreach has been quite galactic, even universal in the past. She dimmed down for awhile to accommodate the needs of the souls who needed to take a ride in a slower frequency. And like a good mother who did her job, her duty, - once the kids are ready to fly, she too is ready to fly the coop, leave the nest, and go party and have fun and explore herself.

Today's subject is a description of the Reshel grid beauty and it's function as a cosmic crystal.

For as you have woven together so beautifully the glistening threads and beams of light in the myriad patterns as organized for earth minds through the skills of Master Bill Buehler and his team of light, and working with our team of light grid cosmic specialists, we have co-created a most wonderful glistening crystal that is now floating in the galactic seas of space - the formations you call the Reshel grids, and schematics such as the Aereiopax



These beautiful rays - holding the frequencies and intentions of their creators - are now anchoring at various star points around the galaxy. And you must remember that your planet earth now also holds the title of Earth Star - for she has increased her frequency past the threshold to be considered a member of the vibratory star family. That is in good measure due to the presence of the incarnated star beings who live on her surface. That means, YOU, Good Readers :)

These beautiful formations - glistening, shimmering, light rays -serve as fiber optic channels throughout the universe. Once they are in place, they serve two functions:


1. To create new pathways of galactic communication from very high vibratory fields throughout the connecting points, and to circulate the energies - creating a new loop of light sustenance and maintenance throughout the galaxies.

You have noticeably increased communication among your earth civilizations and cultures at this time. This is due to the advent of new technologies such as your computer, internet, and developing skill in using and applying these new structures.

Similarly, the structures that you as lightworkers have put in place under the supervision of Master Bill, who is under our supervision, have now created a viable framework upon which can be built new avenues of conscious communication and sharing from all quadrants of the universe.

Think of these light grids as the "Hardware" so to speak. Though best we had name them the "Lightware".

In addition to the structures that your team has created, there are also structures created and being created by other galactic teams of partnership with multi-dimensional beings. You are familiar with a few of these... the Christ consciousness grid, the crystaline grid, etc.


2. As the structures are put in place, and updated in their capacity as the abilities of their creators increase, next comes the really fun part. Creating the SOFTWARE. The software of the light grid systems is INTENTION. For what is your computer if it just sits there and does nothing. Once you get your computer, you just start to play with it, run programs, create things, develop new things, open new doorways.



So the light grid projects of planet earth are in full software development. Some of the more noticeable programs include
Unconditional Love, Ascension, Frequency Rising 101 And Up, Remembering, Galactic Communication, Healing (we define healing as a return to your full light spectrum).

Already your particular project, the Reshel Grid is carrying software of noticeable intentions in the above-mentioned categories.

For instance, our channel Pat was guided by her Spirit Guides of Lake Titicaca to put the new galactic light codes she received from us on the equinox into these new Lightware
formations streams and let them circulate onto this planet.

These particular light codes carry the intention and vibrating and refractory skill of opening hearts and installing universal unconditional love, expanding the human mind capacity to perceive the reality and interact with higher dimensional beings, un-peel the limitations of current cultural conditioning and restrictive thought forms, open channels for new codes of light to circulate in the humans systems, and open up the soul remembrance of one's divine nature to the human nature, develop conscious communication between the human and cosmic and higher intelligence brains. and allow the exponential unfolding of human consciousness in all its permutations - such as through ability to love, to perceive, to understand.

These codes are now circulating through several grids on your planet through the medium of Pat transducing them into earth and human frequency ranges, and their gifts and blessings are available to anyone who asks for them in love and with a desire to serve the great cause of love in the creation.

They will also affect other beings indirectly through the hundredth monkey effect.




We remind you, Dear Readers, in these higher frequency waves, all intentions MUST vibrate with their rarefied and refined capability to transmit only that which is created in unconditional love.

Anything of lesser vibration will be nullified - by definition.

Now, a little more about the refractory skills of Reshel and other grids - (including those grids that are installed in you). The Creator shines forth an immense beam of light.... actually emits this light similar to your earth sun. The light shines all around. However, the light is SEEN when it hits something (so to speak -earth language is most limiting for us to express what we mean). Then the reflection and rays are refracted and make patterns and designs that arrange the undifferentiated cosmic light into creative patterns. Thus when we observe the Creator's light impacting these new forms you have woven, it is a most beautiful sight. The rays bounce off the strands of your design into myriad rays of rainbow lights that shimmer and glisten and sparkle throughout the galaxy.

Those of you who participated in creating this - and other - grids, have a proprietary right (so to speak) to observe and watch and receive the blessings that these rays carry.

It is not necessary for you to realize in your 3D mind that this is happening. It IS necessary for you to open up and RECEIVE the blessings. You can open up simply by ALLOWING it to happen, and giving permission in your heart of heart, your holy of holies, your sanctum sanctorum within to receive. You simply do this by asking, giving permission, and allowing for the gifts to be placed within you.

To allow the installation of these gifts is a major advancement for humans just coming out of 3D reality blinders right now.

We remind you, Dear Human, that you also carry within your makeup the old imprints of warrior training - wherein you had to defeat your enemies in battle. Thus you HAD to be competitive to survive. This old paradigm is being phased out as you ascend into higher frequency bands. To assist and show your desire to phase out these old energies, IF you notice any thoughts arising within you of comparing yourself, your gifts to others, experiencing judgements, jealousy, or any of those sorts of emotions, REMIND yourself that you, too, have YOUR special and unique gifts that are perfect and right for you at this time. By honoring your gifts AND the unique gifts of others, you will greatly assist the rising in consciousness program of mother earth and your quadrant of the universe at this time.

Ascension is a cell by cell process. Let YOUR cell shine in all ITS unique brilliance and radiance.

Good Morning, Most Blessed Ones,

For truly you are... blessed with the awareness, vision, sightings, and knowledge of the supreme design of light patterning... the "rainbow and gold prints of light" that outline the hub of the planning of the creator's universe.

I greet you in the web of light of all creation in the pattern of light called Reshel.

And you know that you know that you see and comprehend the grand scheme of things as they are being created.

From various vantage points in the universe, you can observe the glistening gossamer strands of light rays - bent, curved, shimmering in the galactic universe like one vast giant spider web of light.

We have shown this very night to our channel Pat, in gossamer dreams of lights, the fineness, delicacy, intricateness of the creator's galactic web of light. We have shown her the vision of the beauty, rhythm, patterns, pulsating webs of the finest strands of light... streams of glimmering particles that string from one point of light to another... connecting all the heavenly bodies one with another. Each planet, each sun star, each moon, each body that moves in a rhythmical pattern in a cosmic dance of great beauty and precision is interconnected on a giant web of gossamer light strands that wave and flow in the currents of love that sustain and bathe the universe.

Indeed, in the morning light of planet earth, as she returned her dream consciousness to awareness of this earth dimension, her mind could barely hold the vision of the beauty and vastness of the creation web... glistening with golden strands, vibrating and giving forth the rainbow hues of light - just as you see an earthen spider web glistening with rainbow hues in the mist of the morning light.



Her heart was overflowing with the radiant love that was spilling into her mind. Gently... oh so gently (as we work with you humans) yet so firmly we prodded her into the living room and her computer to capture the essence of our desired communication with you this morning - before the vision we showed her dissolved - like the morning dew that also sparkles with the spectrum of the rainbow vibrations - so that she could anchor this gifted vision into her human awareness, and also share it with you.

(We confess that she is somewhat of a reluctant new bride - in her earth awareness - to this project, but her passion to share our information and vision we send her is being awakened more and more as she gets comfortable with process of receiving, knowing, sharing and transmitting our knowledge to you at this time.)

To more fully understand our vision and our awareness, please consciously breathe a round or two of golden prana particle breathing into your human form and system. Open your crown chakra, imagine a cloud of golden prana particles like a beautiful cloud over your head, breathe the golden prana particles into the top of your head. Then on another breath, breathe them into your third eye in the center of your forehead. Next, breathe them into your thymus area located by your sternum. Then breathe the golden prana particles into your radiant and immense heart chakra, that connects to the galactic threads of light. And finally, breathe in more of the golden prana particles and circulate them all around and through your body. This golden prana particle breathing process will more fully connect you and activate your connections to our finer inter-dimensional view of the universe that we are presenting to you at this time.



These understandings that we pass through her to you will give you a better understanding of the processes your earth ship star is now undergoing as it continues to swim through the galactic pool of energies and encounters energy pattern waves that are new to you - and to us - at this time.

In this way, you see the feminine aspects of the universe. And indeed, I am called Reshel - the feminine aspect of the Master Mind Metatron - for I care for, nurture, and call to my heart those who love and adore the patterns of the creation that are shepherded through the wondrous grace of my male aspect, called Metatron by your species and languaging.

Indeed, your indigenous wisdom keepers talk of the The Grandmother who spins the web of the universes into creation.

By now, you too know that this is no mere fairy tale imagery. It is indeed of the highest observation of the living light arterial system.

Your time spent with the our dearest servant of the light in human form, Grand Master of the Light Patternings - Bill Buehler - documents with exquisite detail some of the great patterns that the creator uses to fulfil its grand and evolving unfolding visions.

The web strands of the light - similar to the various systems that circulate through your earth bodies - carry impulses of coded knowledge, arranged in sequences of hierarchical light packets that when delivered to their intended destinations, deliver a payload of information, systems, sequences of guided, patterned (programmed) photons.

It is our jobs, in the grand scheme of things, to guide you humans now to prepare you to receive these encoded packets of information, and to begin to understand and adjust to the newer vibrations, awarenesses, and levels of information they are delivering to your planet and your quadrant of the galaxy at this time.

Please note that this system is ongoing throughout the universal seas of creation - a mere slip of a breath in the events of the cosmic ocean. But to you with your very limited slots of viewing and remembering in your current human dream form, what you perceive as "Change" is merely a little blip in the greater cycling of cosmic waves. To us, there is no "change".

Yet we honor you in human disposition in the highest light, for we know that to your infinitesimally more finite perspectives, the changes are immense. And indeed, in your mindset, emotional patternings, your energetic DNA awakenings, and your physical carriages are experiencing and adjusting to these seemingly vast changes with exquisite devotion and honoring of the creation waves and cycles of light.

It is our happy opportunity as your non-physicalized partners in love and light expansion to hold your hands, to comfort you, to give you knowledge and awareness, and to guide you in the process - as you are prepared and able to receive it, and to help you receive, open, and incorporate the incoming rush of new packets of light to your experiences in your dimensional reality to wake up more fully day by day, to the beauty and glory of the intensifying light and vibrational patterns gracing your beautiful planet and all its inhabitants at this time.

Today, My Heart Lights,

I bring you greetings form another dimension beyond your current earth time and space continuum.

Our Dear Channel Pat has been wooed away from her busy earth life to set aside these moments in time and space to transcribe a message we are giving her at this time to broadcast to the people of your spacious planet.

SECRETS ABOUT CHANNELING

We had to seduce her into stop thinking about her earth-bound TO DO list, and draw her into the opening where our minds and hearts could connect, and where her love of us and the supreme and higher purposes could induce her spend some of this precious and limited earth time moments to do our bidding, and transcribe this important message we want to broadcast today.

We had to go into her brain, heart, mind, emotions, and personal history and see where we could find some slow-down valves, and some points of seduction. You see, our seduction is not one of manipulation where we are TRICKING her into doing something against her better interests, but OUR seduction is like that of a mother who induces her baby, toddler, or child to slow down and go to sleep and get some well-needed rest after a busy day of exploration. Mothers know how important it is to help the young one learn to balance their energies, and allow all the segments of the growing child to get proper and full attention.

Similarly, we are learning to work with earth-humans who are often set on perpetual GO mode in many of your contemporary earth cultures.

Here's how we did it. We searched in her brain and memory systems and found something she enjoys a lot. Then, we invoked the pleasant memories of sipping a really fine cup of coffee from a wonderful big mug. So she made some coffee up from a wonderful fair-trade blend she found on her trip earlier this year throughout the state of Kentucky in the United States of America that she saves for special occasions.

Then when she flavored it just so to her immense satisfaction, we drew her outside to her deck where the sun is shining so magnificently today. And now too warm, and not too cool.   All the flowers are just oozing love and joy and beauty. They are captivating... and she allowed her mind to be engaged with these beautiful things.

Then we whispered into her consciousness that we would like her to deliver a message today. Well, her mind was in GO mode with that big TO DO list... post office, mailings, county fair solar exhibits, laundry, chores, clean the refrigerator, phone calls to return, email ... you know.... that ever expanding, never-ending earth list of THINGS to occupy your time and space.

After about half an hour, we got her outside with her laptop, her exquisite gourmet coffee in her biggest fanciest, soul-satisfying mug, got her to sit down on her comfy swing.... all the while WHISPERING into her mind that we wanted her to take down a message.

In true earth fashion, she kept asking us WHAT we wanted to talk about. (She was trying to decide if the message would be worth her time or not....) We have learned, however, to just get her into the zone, and then she ALLOWS us to speak into her mind. With her rapid typing skills (yep, way back when, we got her Mom to make her take typing class in high school), and the word-processing program in her gmail account, she can fashion up our message and get it out with her various earth skills she has learned in her marketing endeavors.

Once we got her outside, sunbathing, enjoying the warm sweet gourmet coffee, we mesmerized her mind and slowed it down to our access fully our communique with a very lovely maneuver. We got a beautiful moss-green hummingbird to visit the bright pink flowers in the pots next to her swing - where she was just settling down with her laptop - all the while she was WONDERING HOW LONG this would take...

This beautiful messenger hovered and stopped right over each flower in front of Pat.

The shimmering beauty and iridescent light waves reflecting off its perfect and exquisite little form green body - next to the beautiful bright pink flowers did as we knew it would - just CAPTIVATED Pat's mind long enough to SLOW it down and give her the DESIRE to enter our calmer, non-chaotic dimension, and do her earth interface seva (volunteering with love for a higher purpose) that she incarnated to do.

(We are enjoying watching how SHE maneuvers between taking down these messages, and learning new information - in her conscious mind - about her own journey and how it inter-mixes with ours, as well as those of you reading and listening to this message in your current NOW.)

We are taking a few minutes here to document the process of channeling - of receiving and giving messages - as so many of you will be moving more and more into activating your own channelling portals and also activating and then fulfilling soul contracts to be intermediaries and messengers of of those of us between the various dimensions. And developing the SKILLS to communicate through the dimensional walls that the Creator established to keep each world in it's own time-space bubble of the creative continuum.

And we also want those of you receiving this message to understand the beautiful journey of inter-dimensional communication pathways and processes.... for YOUR Guides and Angels and Guardians will also be wanting to support and communicate with YOU as your journeys heighten and unfold.


Thus it is with those of us who are assigned to your earth plane evolutionary project at this time. We see where you are growing to, and see where you need balancing. Hence we are developing our skills - just as young mothers are developing theirs as each chapter of the growth journey presents itself.

Our timing is exquisitely planned and integrated with cycles beyond your current earth-mind knowing. Hence we deeply APPRECIATE the trust you all show to tune into our dimension, and our broadcasts, and open yourselves up to receive what we perceive to be vital information for you at this time in your individual - as well as your planetary - evolutionary journeys into ever-opening and expanding consciousness.

This is a gift of great generosity for all parties concerned --- those giving it, that one transcribing it, those hosting it on the internet, and those of you now reading, hearing, and receiving it. For GENEROSITY of time, talent, skills - offered from a loving heart for the upliftment of all without regard to monetary compensation or payback. Just the divine impulse of the heart to give.

For GIVING is the COMPLETION of a cosmic loop - a cosmic cycle - that reverberates throughout the creation and its galaxies and its constellations. Without GIVING, there can be no RECEIVING. And without RECEIVING, there is no cycling of the energy currents that sustain the whole ball of wax that is the Creator's supreme pastime, fun, and passion.

Your very own breath will teach you this in a flash. For just TRY to only GIVE the breath OUT. It is impossible. For YOU are directly wired - just as the whole creation is - with this GIVE-TAKE, GIVE-TAKE, GIVE-TAKE CYCLE of constantly renewing, refreshing, re-invigorating. If just ONE PART of the cycle is shut down - nay FORCED down by an ill-equipped limited mind thought - there begins to be short-circuits and inefficiency, and non-functioning of some of the vital pathways of the energy flowing circuits.

You experience this phenomena in your own life. You give it the name of LACK.

From our perspective, we perceive it as CHAOS - as the energy circuits are all cut-off, entangled, and look like a misshapen pile of wet spaghetti noodles - instead of a beautiful inter-woven earth-journey blanket of incredible design, skill, beauty, and functionality - to give EACH creature on the earth plane an experience of incredible joy, fulfillment, and and opportunity for soul-growth and enjoyment.

Hence, when the life-giving flow shuts down, disease sets in. For life-supporting flow requires BALANCE of all parts of the cycles built into the creation matrix.

You will see the disease in your own human faculties when the flow is mis-managed or shut-down as DIS-EASE of the mind, heart, body, soul, and societies.



As we were slowing down her earth activity rate, seeping into her mind to slow the throttle down and put her in channeling speed, so she could allow our message to come through the inter-dimensional walls.

We are here today to REMIND YOU to SLOW DOWN, enjoy your journey, use VIGILANCE and DISCRIMINATION HONED IN WISDOM of your earth-journey and soul-journey experiences to ENJOY and FULFIL your ride on planet earth at this time.

Aloha, My Dear Children,

Today, I am just marvelling at the exquisiteness of your human bodies. Oh! They are SOOOOOOOOOOO Beautiful! So soft! Soft Moist.

Are they not 90% something water?


So you are walking sacs of water. Little miniature oceans - or vast oceans depending on your perspective, of course.

Now, I am wondering --- since you are so moist and beautiful, so made up of and composed mostly of water and juice, and you can walk on the land - carrying your sacs of water that your bodies are wherever you want to go - WHICH of my other creatures of my creation you most resemble.

It didn't take me long at all to ponder. AAHHHH.... your forms are most like the beautiful liquid moist and mobile jellyfish!

The jellyfish, too is mostly water. Beautiful, clear, transparent, radiant glowing substance. Did you ever see one shimmering on the beach? Reflecting the majesty of the sky and earth colors in the mirror of its water sac body - lying stretched out in a quivering pile of jello on a deserted beach somewhere?

And IN the water, my jellyfish are so absolutely beautiful and amazing. Perfection in form and motion. They perpetually dance and sway to the music that holds my creation together.

As I was contemplating the similarity of your human water sac forms to the jellyfish water sac forms, I became aware of an anomaly.


It is quite a known and accepted fact that EACH starfish (like each snowflake for your northerners) is a unique and delicate work of art. No two are alike. Each is a perfect gem of geometry. Perfection of my thought into form. Oh, how I love them ALL.

Don't you parents just CHERISH the individual art works your little ones bring home from school? Don't you put them all over your walls? Your refrigerators? Later store them in containers, boxes files.

When you walk on a beach collecting shells - especially as non-judgmental children, don't you just joy up with glee with EACH shell you find? EACH shell you pick up and examine? Some you savor and take home with you to admire for a longer time. Some you place back on the stretch of endless sands to transmute into some other substance.

Each magnificent - yet different - form. No two alike. HOW did I do it? WOW! I am truly a brilliant creator! AM I not? I AM!

Similarly, for you, My Dear Ones - who are made most in my form - as some like to say. EACH of you is a brilliant masterpiece of My Creation. EACH is unique and different. Special. A superb creation. AAHHH - I take such delight in studying you, examining you, admiring your beauty, your brilliance, all your qualities - all the divine facets of your agreement to be thought in form.

Thank you all so much for the opportunity you afford me to create and manifest so many unique, beautiful and brilliant thought forms.

Next, I had a really silly thought! Can you imagine if all the jellyfish - instead of enjoying their own magnificent selves in my most magnificent creation, swimming in their majestic and grand underwater ballet that I have choreographed specifically just for them - began to compare and contrast themselves to each other? Began to judge that some were better, some worse, depending on such silly and far-fetched notions as to who had the longer and most slender tentacle? Which was more beautiful than another? Oh, You will catch me just rolling in the cosmic I'lls with laughter. Ho Ho HO! That is too funny, to contemplate! Such nonsense.

Oh Dear! It has just pointed out to me that some of you humans do exactly that. You all gang up on each other with the intention to prove one is better in some capacity than another. Maybe one more beautiful than another. Then some others of you give prizes to those that some vote more beautiful or similar such nonsense. Some even go so far as to give more of your formulated and measured power in the form of money paper bills to those that some others deem more of something - more brilliant, more slender, more beautiful - and things like that.

Oh. HA HA HA. Excuse me! HA HA HA. That is just too silly. I LOVE a good joke!
HA HA HA. HE HE HE! HO HO HO! OH, I hope YOU are laughing, too!

Can you imagine a beauty pageant of jellyfish? And they select some to decree others have more beautiful and slender tentacles than others? That some are a better hue... more like me? Some actually starve themselves to make their tentacles look a different shape? Oh, that is too deliciously hilarious! HA HA HA!

ME - who is ALL hues and colors. ALL designs and implementations! All seasons and conditions!

Oh, HA HA HA.

Well, those silly little jellyfish of mine - don't you just love them - they are so silly - carry on with great play and make believe to play-act WHO has the most beautiful tentacles. And give all kinds of great rewards to the "chosen" ones. And then make the others feel there is something wrong with them because they have a different size or shape or hue tentacle.

Oh, What a GREAT game! I am ROFL!

My lovely creations! You just continue to delight and amaze me. You are truly wonderful! And I LOVE you ALL- as the outpourings of my very own breath.

ENJOY the games you create for yourselves! They are just a little trip in time.

Hello Dear Friends of Light,

I am Ra-chell, of planetary service to our lightworker friends on earth, in the galaxy of love beyond time and space.

Today is another momentous day in a string of golden pearls that are here to enrich and fortify your planned and spontaneous experiences of your embodied sojourn on the glorious golden and water planet you refer to as earth.

Some call her Mother Ship Gaia. Each language on your planet has a special name of reverence and awe for the beautiful mother on whose body they live. And from her bountiful body they draw their sustenance.

Much has happened in the celestial realms of late. And consequently, much has happened on your mother earth body as well. And consequently, much has happened in YOUR bodies.

For as a babe is tied to its mother through the umbilical cord, and then the breast milk... the enriching sustaining fluids of the mother are transmitted to the to the offspring even so.

Isn't it a wonderful journey of joy and companionship. Nurturing, sustaining, growth. Not only of the form of the babe, but also the consciousness of the mother. And the participating father.

What new mother has not observed in awe how her delicate and amazing babe re-unites her to the divine consciousness that her veiled time on earth has blocked more and more as time swam by.

But to grow the new life form within the intimacy of one's body, to deliver the gift of the new life unto this planet amid the blood, sweat, and tears of joy and accomplishment, and then to gaze with rapt wonder and awe into the eyes of the fresh newborn spirit onto this earth plane is an experience that can only be lived to fully appreciate.

Yet even in the telling of it, we remember our own un-founded joy of reuniting in our own spirit light whenever we contemplate the delicacy of the veil between the born and the unborn. The born and the newly born. Similarly, the embodied and the recently passed over. Passed over into the high dimensions of love and light.

This solstice time of 2008 is another quickening of the birthing journey into higher consciousness that you have all undertaken. Oh, Lucky Souls that you are - to be birthed one more time into a higher vibrating dimension. To glimpse anew with new-born wonder into the freshly revealed dimensions that your human intelligence is only beginning to understand.

Do not fret! All unfolds in a perfectly designed divine sequence. There is nothing to fear, to regret, to polish, to attain.

Just enjoy the new vistas that your new birthing day has unveiled for You!

Greetings! Dear Ones!

It is always a pleasure to work with those of you embodied ones who are heading full speed ahead - accelerating into the upcoming and current shift in consciousness engulfing your planet now - and in the days and many moons to come. We LOVE your passion and enthusiasm to fulfill the Creator's great vision of the unfolding of its vastness and creative potentials. And the love YOU constantly express for the thrill of the journey you are on.

It is - contrary to some fear mongering thoughts floating about - a time of GREAT joy. And GREAT celebration.

We SALUTE you!

We remind you, that you - as conscious and divine souls - have both been hand-picked and have joyously volunteered to come here and be the human guinea pigs of this new process of the unfolding of the Creator's light and love.

The shift energy is about you now. It is well-known to so many. And those who do not know the name of all these new feelings and awarenesses are equally cognizant of the vast unfoldings underway on your planet now.

Let's examine a few of the ramifications of this great energetic shift on the process you refer to as your human forms.

Right now, it is popularly thought of by most of your planetary inhabitants, that your energetic systems are directed from the ground up. Or from the outside in, if you will. In other words, you eat to sustain your human experiences. There are sayings on your earth plane along the lines of "First the stomach, then God". And so forth.

So what we would call to your felicitous attention now, is that this process of thinking awareness will now be reversed. (Indeed it never was otherwise, but that popular thinking made it seem so.)

Instead of humans thinking that they will be sustained from eating and from supporting the physical body which will then support the other bodies, the common awareness will shift to understand that is the life flow of the Creator's breath and energy that gives life and substance to all forms. Without this central sustaining rod of the Creator's golden light particles, there will be naught else.

Think of yourself now, for example. You know you have a central column of light. At least you have heard of such a thing if you have not yet consciously realized its presence within the core of your being. So this central core of light is made of the substance of the Creator's golden light particles, that shimmer and shine and dance within the essential core of your being.

Then by the power of the thought forms of the Creator, partnered with the thought forms of your soul light and essence, you build layers upon layers around and on top of this core column of golden light prana life particles.

The myriad forms and expressions that are created are as vast and far-reaching as each of the individual soul units that partner with the divine Creator force to build a unique expression of the Creator's vastness of potential of thought reaching into form.

There is also an interweaving of the shape and substance of the created thought forms, manifested as bodies of all sizes, shapes, and inclination, with the surrounding layers of the environments into which each thought form creation is birthed and sustained.

For instance, whales and creatures of the sea, have life-thought forms adapted to living in this aquamarine environment. Creatures of the air - birds and such - have thought form bodies created to fly and spin in this very light environment of the air dimension.

Earth-bound creatures have heavier, denser bodies to co-exist in harmony with the density of mother earth. They have organs of sustenance - lungs, intestines, stomachs, etc - that are perfectly balanced with the external environment (though keep in mind that all the layers throughout the creation are perfectly interwoven and mutually sustaining as one giant living thought form. Hah... the environmentalists will love THIS statement :)

So, you can imagine, as the great tumbling "snowball" of intense compacted light comes roaring into greeting and contact with the earth plane, the whole game - the whole interwoven ball of wax - will have to shift on a dime to accommodate the new energetic configurations.

Now! Isn't that exciting! Wouldn't you just LOVE to have a front row center seat to watch this spectacular show! First time run! Ever!

So now, let us let you in a little bit on how the events will unfold. For now, we will discuss the changes you will see, find, and experience in the thought form you call your "body".

First of all, your denser bodies of "matter" will no longer be needed to be so dense. For the energetics of the photon experience are much lighter and finer. Many of you are already experiencing phenomena of what you experience as being less dense. This experience is happening in your physical systems... as sometimes you experience a sensation of "floating" or having your physical body sort of trail along someone next to your light body. Feeling light, or what you call "dizzy". (Not to worry that is just you re-equilibrating with the environment as you are loosing density. It will soon pass!)

In popular speech, you have the expression: "That person is dense!" - referring to the heaviness of their mental body.

The phenomenas many are experiencing right now of finding their memory becoming less magnetized - meaning they can no longer make the mental connections they once had - is one expression of the lightening of the mental body. Indeed, what you need to know in the moment suddenly appears in your mind when you are able to put aside any old heavier thought forms that would block the entry of the newer lighter mental awarenesses. (Again, don't worry! You are not "loosing it!" You are gaining it! And a LOT more of it, to boot!)

The emotional body - as you continue to clear and unblock it - will be running clearer and clearer as a stream of liquid light love - which will act as a solvent and lubricant between your physical and mental components - bringing in clear streams of the Creator's love, light and INspiration. Right now, and in the past experiences, the heaviness in the emotional stream kept the mental processes at a slower, sticker, tarrier rate of expression and comprehension. You know, that heavy, sluggish feeeling. As the opening and draining of the toxins and pollutants in the emotional system prevails, and as the increasing presence of the photon energies engulfs the earth plane, the emotional body, too will become far less dense and able to flow smoothly and confidently with the clear light of the Creator's unsullied expressions.

This is a time you can only look forward too, too much.

So though you may be experiencing some uncertainty in the changing of the order, the changing of the guard if you will, the anticipated outcomes will only fill you with the great opportunity to experience and be in the clear stream of the Creator's light and the Creator's vast love.

Your physical system will not run on such dense fuel anymore, either. It will be fed from the inside out with clear radiant photon energy. So a lot of the density of your physical system will be undone. This is almost a reversal of the process that happened in First Times in ancient Lemuria when bodies were being created and descending out of the light system to become denser in the heavier earth matter systems.

Now this great circle is coming round that you are ascending back into the light - one dimension at a time. So you will not need your heavier earth bodies anymore. It would be like longing to keep your heavy hiking boots on once you get home from your strenuous journey and want to take your heavy boots off and put your feet up on an easy chair to rest and relax. And breath freely. Keeping those old heavy boots on would be extremely uncomfortable once the hiking journey is completed. If you didn't take those old heavy boots off, you wouldn't rest well, and your feet would overheat, and you might get rashes and fungus inside them all over your feet. Better to lighten up!

Now, you want to unburden yourself of the heavier energies, and get ready to rest, relax, and PARTY! Wah!

Rest assured, Dear Ones, WE want to party with you. And so we shall! And we look forward to when you can openly and clearly see and communicate with us. What a grand time we will all have together!

So a few changes to expect in your physical systems. You won't need those furry hairy body coverings in the lighter density.... so they can be shelved. Put in a historical museum if you like. The greater subsistence and sustainance of photon particles will mean less reliance on physical food. And the lightest least dense foods at that. Eating heavier dense foods in your new photon enhanced bodies would be the same as if you were eating rocks and soil clumps in your current physical bodies. You would find them unpalatable, too heavy, too dense, and unsustainable. If you did eat them, you would get quite sick. (You can see the parallels with people today who are still eating heavy dense earth foods - and paying the price in terms of ill health and diseases brought on by too heavy food intake choices.)

Your bodies will look and feel far more ethereal. Instead of noticing other beings by their physical bodies, shapes and sizes, you will first notice their light bodies, and how much light they emit and shine forth. So you will get great joy and exuberance in looking at each other. And as the heavier denser nastier emotional reactions fall away, you will be spared the mental torture and anguish of comparisons, judgings, and blamings that plague most of the human world right now. You can see the awful results of these old dense emotionals acting out on the evening news any day of the week.

Isn't that exiting? Don't you just wish for the wonderful chrysalis stage of the 3 days coming up - so you can wake up transformed into a shimmering ethereal magical butterfly? What color would you like your wings to be? How big? You can begin now to envision the new thought form you would like to inhabit. Remember, you are co-creating with the vast Creator force. So write out your self-expression blueprint now and submit to your committee on reformatting - on which you hold a most central and prominent position.

We remind you, that this is a project you most openly and enthusiastically volunteered for. So Go for it! Make the MOST of it!

WHAT IS & HOW TO PRANA BREATHE

Imagine a collection of golden particles over your head.

Energetically, Breathe them INTO your body through the top of your head. Exhale through your heart chakra.

PHYSICALLY, breathe in a style used in many martial art forms: Breath in long and slow through the nose. Exhale slowly through the mouth with a little SHHHH sound.

The PHYSICAL intake of air co-incides with the energetic intake of the golden prana particles.

BREATH 1: Breathe the golden prana particles into your pineal gland (3rd eye). If you are not sure where this is, just INTEND for the particles to go there.

BREATH 2. Breathe the golden prana particles into your THYMUS gland (where you Tarzan thump your chest.)

BREATH 3: Breathe the golden prana particles into your heart chakra.

SUBSEQUENT BREATHES: Bit by bit, fill your entire body with the golden prana particles.

Depending on your intuition, start with just a few breathes a day - 5 or 10 or so. GRADUALLY increase each day til you can do 50.

Breathing in and saturating your system with the golden prana particles will help you lighten up, clear density, and align you with the increasing photon particles on the earth plane. It also aligns you more and more with your own higher self and the Creator of all that is.

It is great to start and end your day with this breathing - to connect and align yourself.

The process will inspire and teach you through intuition as you go along.

Some people find using the mantra I RELEASE helpful for anything that arises in your mind or feelings. Just RELEASE the energy behind whatever old creations arise. Think of the old creations as swamp bubbles coming up from the murky swamp to be POPPED into oblivion. Sort of like apoptosis of cancer cells (self-destructive exploding). Wouldn't you like to be rid of that old stinky bloating toxic emotional gas?

Get it? Whee! Have FUN releasing and feeling lighter.
